Disclaimer

• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Any out of stock items at time of ordering will require re-ordering as we do not use a back order system.
• Your order total does *not* include the delivery costs. If you choose to pay by credit card the delivery costs will be automatically applied to the invoice total. If you choose another option (excluding pickup) then we will calculate the delivery costs and e-mail you an invoice total with the costs included.

Order Processing Times

• Orders are generally processed within 24 working hours or less of receipt of payment. Goods generally leave our store soon after processing. Delivery time is dependant on delivery area and courier runs.

Freight Policy

• Where ever possible we use a courier service for deliveries. Parcels need to be signed for unless otherwise authorized by the customer (eg: please leave at front door if no one home) in which case the customer takes full responsibility should the goods go missing after delivery. If the delivery address is not serviced by our courier, we use Australia post and this is charged at the standard Australia Post rate which is calculated on parcel weight for orders under $50.00. Orders of $50 and over are sent using Australia Post Registered service and orders of $100 and over are sent using Australia Post Registered/Insured service. Following is a generalized list of courier charges for areas serviced by our courier company.
• Brisbane metro - $6.50
• Brisbane outer eg: Gold Coast, Toowoomba and Sunshine Coast areas - $9.90
• Some Qld country and some interstate eg Byron Bay, Bundaberg, Rockhampton, Mackay, Canberra, Coffs Harbour, Newcastle, Sydney, Wollongong - $12.50
• Australia long distance areas eg. Cairns, Melbourne, Bendigo, Geelong, Adelaide - $18.00
• All international orders are sent via Australia Post Air Mail which is calculated on weight of parcel. If international insurance is required this will be calculated in addition to the Air Mail charge.
